Zig Zag Soap Dish - Stacy

The Stacy recycled plastic soap dish.

This blend of plastics has been put together by my friend Stacy or was helping out at the workshop in the summer. This is made out of HDPE plastic, so think Vanish pink bottles, mixed with Nesquik milkshake yellow tubs, orange bleach bottles and lots in between. 

The plastic melts slightly differently to PP and creates a beautiful ripple effect.

Each soap dish is the equivalent to approximately 2 large milk bottles and the lids worth of plastic.

Whilst the Zig Zag is stunning, it was chosen for practical reasons too. This shape will hold your soap above the draining water, keeping it as dry as possible, and ensuring your soap lasts.

Every dish will be slightly different and unique to you, as no dish is the same. The images are an example as every dish we make has slightly different markings.

Every purchase supports our mission to recycle directly from the community, within the community. Reducing the mileage from our waste, ensuring it doesn't join the 2/3 of plastic that is shipped overseas. And we can guarantee that all of the plastic sent to us is recycled.
