LUSH X BARBIE

the Barbie comb

2000 SOLD OUT IN A WEEK

In collaboration with LUSH Cosmetics, we crafted 2,000 bespoke combs in just 13 days, which sold out within a week. Each comb adhered to a specific colour scheme, meticulously measured to ensure client satisfaction. Through this project, we successfully recycled over 32 kg of plastic, showcasing our commitment to sustainability and innovative design.

JLR (JAGUAR LAND ROVER)

recycling car parts

not just a lanyard

We transformed waste material car parts from the JLR production line and transformed them into cardholders for lanyards. This project is particularly interesting, because we transformed a truly mundane every day object in a unique piece of wearable art. Most people wear one for work, over curated, planned outfits and yet the lanyard is never given a second thought. Now at JLR employees have something unique to them, and something that is beautiful to wear every day... and its made out of their car parts which is even cooler

Crisis Charity

sell out ring

recycled gems

Every year we team up with Crisis Charity and we create unique rings with the broken donated jewellery from that year. And every year they sell out. We removed the gems from the donated jewellery and place them inside our existing ring mould. We can control how the plastic moulds around the gems, creating one of kind pieces. We're recycling, we helping raise funds for an incredible charity and we're also creating beauty in the process.

Fortnum and Mason

the iconic colour

most beautiful packaging

Müll Club partnered with the iconic British brand Fortnum & Mason to give their archived packaging waste a meaningful second life.

We created a limited run of homewares in their signature Eau de Nil, the bright blue green shade that has defined the brand for generations.

Calm, timeless, and instantly recognisable, Eau de Nil now appears as coasters, trays, and soap dishes made entirely from recycled packaging. It is a fresh expression of luxury, where waste meets design and tradition meets reinvention.

Estelle Manor

bespoke packaging

bespoke blend

We’re currently working on an ongoing collaboration with Estelle Manor, where we developed a completely bespoke Müll colourway designed to perfectly match their signature palette.

Using recycled plastic, each piece is carefully blended to mirror the tones found throughout the Manor — transforming everyday waste into objects that feel considered, intentional and fully part of the space.

It’s a project rooted in detail: not just recycling material, but recycling it beautifully so it belongs perfectly within Estelle Manor

Turner Contemporary

live recycling

take home keyring

We recently hosted a live recycling workshop for the Turner Contemporary gallery, where we collaborated with them to design a bespoke key ring. Each attendee had the opportunity to create their own key ring from recycled plastic, making the experience both personal and hands-on. Not only did we create a beautiful, bespoke product, but the event also served as an interactive and educational workshop, teaching participants about the recycling process in a fun, engaging way

LUSH X How To Train Your Dragon

a comb fit for Vikings

16000 combs

Müll Club teamed up with Lush for a special collaboration celebrating the DreamWorks release of How to Train Your Dragon. We created more than 16,000 recycled combs inspired by the world of dragons and adventure.

This was the most detailed product we have created to date. It pushed us to explore the limits of design in recycled plastic and the possibilities of injection moulding, proving how far waste materials can go when treated with care and creativity.

The collection landed in Lush stores around the world showing the power of pairing circular design with a much loved story.

London Festival of Architecture

DEZEEN

Recycled plastic tiles

We transformed the equivalent of eight individuals' annual plastic waste into 250 stunning tiles, now featured on a beautiful bench along the South Bank in London. This project, highlighted by Dezeen magazine, was part of a collaboration with the London Festival of Architecture, showcasing our dedication to sustainable design and innovative recycling.

Filthy Faace

Quality Street soap dish

another colour match

Using last years Christmas Quality Street tubs, we created a colour way perfect for the Filthy Faace body and face soap bars. We worked closely with the founder to mix a blend that not only looks beautiful but has a purpose, and perfectly created a Christmas gift set. Last years Christmas waste became this years Christmas presents.

FILL

A refill scoop for a refill brand

made out of other companies waste

The project is a fun one. We produce scoops for the refill cleaning brand Fill. Their goal is to help households reduce they're plastic consumption by refilling. Back at the beginning of Müll when it was a refill shop.. we stocked Fill! Now using other, non sustainable brands waste, we recycle that rubbish and have created something for Fill to sell with their products. So not only is Fill reducing plastic waste, they're recycling it too!

Yard Sale Pizza

recycled pizza table

bright yellow combs

Using the plastic pizza tables from Yard Sale Pizza, one of London's most renowned pizza places, we transformed their waste into a new YSP blend, creating our beautiful yellow combs. Additionally, we recycled their clear plastic sauce pots and should you combine them with the cardboard pizza boxes, enabling Yard Sale Pizza's packaging to be completely zero waste. This collaboration showcases how there are no limits to the types of plastic we can find within a supply chain, emphasising our commitment to sustainability and innovative recycling practices.

HORI HORI KNIVES

old plant pots

into gardening knives

newly launched brand DIG DIG contacted us to create gorgeous Hori Hori knives out of plant pots. Injecting plastic around the metal knives to create unique, sturdy, marbled handles.
