This ring has been made with solid gold... plastic.
This blend is created with gold DVD cases, gold baby food lids, and a few old cd cases. The one thing all these have in common is that this is all household plastic waste, which has been transformed into a beautiful ring.
Every ring will be slightly different and unique to you, as no ring is the same due to the transformative recycling process.
Each ring saves the equivalent of one plastic bottle cap from entering a flawed recycling, where only 12% of the plastic waste created in the UK is actually recycled in the UK, the rest is either incinerated, exported or ends up in Landfill.
Every purchase supports Müll Clubs mission to recycle directly from the community, within the community. Reducing the mileage from their waste, and ensuring that non of it ends up in landfill, is exported or incinerated.
